Ariva representatives and Sam Nicholson, president of Grand Canyon Development Partners, each presented a $2k check to Guy and American Cancer Society representatives, Christina Cappello and Josiah LaRow. Also taking part at the groundbreaking event was County Commissioner Michael Naft and representatives from Bank of Nevada, which funded the project.

Martin-Harris Construction, Grand Canyon Development Partners, and the owner of Ariva took the luxury apartment project groundbreaking PINK in support of Guy Martin's Real Men Wear Pink West Coast campaign benefitting the American Cancer Society.
